Dr. Rafael Gottenger attended the University Central of Venezuela Medical School where he received his medical post graduate training. From there he completed fellowship training in craniofacial and microsurgery as well as a rigorous residency program at Ohio State University in Plastic Surgery. Because of this wide training, Dr. Gottenger’s medical and surgical practice includes all aspects of cosmetic plastic surgery as well as reconstructive surgery. He maintains medical privileges at various hospitals and medical centers throughout South Florida. Dr. Gottenger is a member of both national and international medical societies and is fully accredited and Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.
