Botulinum injection - I am content with the left half of my face, but the right half is very asymmetrical and noticeably uglier than the left. The main problem with the right half is the eye. The right eye has mild strabismus, a lower bottom eyelid, and is set lower, closer to the nose, and deeper than the left eye. What type of surgeries, training, etc should I do for these problems? By the way, I have mild scoliosis as well, I don't know if this might be contributing to the problem. I've always had slight asymmetry and a lazier eye, but I think the asymmetry has gotten worse in the last two or three years. Thanks!

Believe it or not, something as simple as Botox around the eye can help with the asymmetry you're describing. It's not permanent but it is also non-surgical.
