Nose Reshaping and Breathing Improvement - I have got advice from my friend for some problems I have to plunge my head into cold water filled with ice for next two months (4 minutes without stopping using snorkle, 2 times a day). I had a rhinoplasty two years ago so I have to know is that completely safe for my nose.
