PACKAGE: Semaglutide Weight Loss Program Tier 1. Get 1 Semaglutide Weight Loss Injections (pack of 4) every 28 days. By purchasing this Package, you agree to pay $333 per 28 days for 3 billing periods. See full terms and conditions. Additional Information: Monthly semaglutide program consists of 4 weekly visits for injection (separate injection fees apply) automatically charged to your credit card every 4 weeks for 3 months. After every 3 months cycle, a physical exam and blood work is necessary to continue in the program. You will automatically be upgraded to Tier 2 subscription after completion of the 12 week program. The new monthly rate will be $394 every 28 days. If you do not wish to upgrade or continue the program after 12 weeks, you will have the opportunity to cancel your subscription 10 days before you're automatically upgraded.
Subscription Information
Packages are subscriptions that enables a patient to pay for a particular product over a defined period of time via several installment payments. Patients pay installation payments at a fixed interval for the duration of the package enrollment period and are granted product vouchers at a fixed interval if caught up on all installation payments.
