PACKAGE: Bae Club 40 units every 3 months. Get 1 Botox® / Xeomin® injection - Forehead, Between the Eyebrows and Around the Eyes every Quarter. By purchasing this Package, you agree to pay $170 per Month for a Year. See full terms and conditions. Additional Information: If you need treatment four times a year (every 3 months), then this is the treatment for you. Pay a little every month and get 40 units of Botox/Xeomin every 3 months. Nothing to pay when you come in for treatment because you already paid for a little of it each month! Over the course of the year, you'll receive a 15% discount on your treatment with the added benefit of monthly payments instead of coming up with the total cost each time you come in.
Subscription Information
Packages are subscriptions that enables a patient to pay for a particular product over a defined period of time via several installment payments. Patients pay installation payments at a fixed interval for the duration of the package enrollment period and are granted product vouchers at a fixed interval if caught up on all installation payments.
