Traditional eyelid procedures remove skin, muscle and fat. We focus on removing skin-only to PRESERVE muscle and fat and avoid hollowing out the eye. As we age, we lose volume, and taking too much tissue can make us look older. There is NO general anesthesia, no IV sedation, no surgical staples, and no surgical drains. You may return to activities the same day or the next day. We use one continuous suture to close the skin. Swelling and bruising for 4-7 days on average. Suture removal at 1 week. Results are typical and do vary.
